This Confidentiality Policy (hereinafter - the Confidentiality Policy) applies to all information that E-commerce Corporation LLP hereinafter - E-COMMERCE, located on the domain name www.aviakassa.com, can receive about the User while using the Ecos website, programs and products by E-commerce Corporation LLP and his partners.
E-COMMERCE is the Administrator of Personal Data within the meaning of the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of the European Union (GDPR).
This Confidentiality Policy is an integral part of the Offer.
1.1. The following terms are used in this Confidenyiality Policy:
1.1.1. “Site” - open for free visual review, a publicly available resource owned by E-COMMERCE, posted on the Internet at: www.aviakassa.com, as well as E-COMMERCE mobile applications, through which an order is made by the Client.
1.1.2. “Personal data” - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or determinable individual (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” - a requirement for the operator or other person who has gained access to personal data to comply with the requirement not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of any other legal basis.
1.1.5. “User of the Site (hereinafter - the User)” - a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and using the Site.
1.1.6. “Order” - a completed request by the User to receive services selected on the Site and related to booking and purchasing tickets at the desired price.
1.1.7. “Cookies” - a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding Site.
2.1. The transfer of E-COMMERCE User personal data is voluntary. Use by the User of the Site means acceptance of this Confidentiality Policy and the conditions for processing the User’s personal data.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Confedentiality Policy, the User must stop using the Site.
2.3. This Confidentiality Policy applies only to the Website www.aviakassa.com and the E-COMMERCE mobile applications. E-COMMERCE does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can click on the links available on the Site.
3.1. This Confidentiality Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Administration to not disclose and ensure the regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Site Administration when registering on the Site or when placing an order.
3.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Confidentiality Policy is provided by the User by filling out registration forms on the Site and may include the following information:
3.2.1. last name, first name, patronymic of the User;
3.2.4. User telephone number;
3.2.5. email address (e-mail);
3.2.6. data of identification documents (number, date of issue, expiration date, issuing authority);
3.2.7. other information that the User voluntarily leaves on the Site.
3.3. E-COMMERCE protects Data that is automatically transmitted when viewing ad units and when visiting pages on which the system’s statistical script is installed (“pixel”):
- IP address and country of registration; - information from cookies;
- information about the browser (or other program that provides access to the display of advertising);
- access time;
- address of the page on which the ad unit is located;
- referrer (address of the previous page);
- other data collected by the counters of analytics, third-party organizations installed on the Site. These data are non-personalized in nature and are aimed at improving the user experience, improving the usability of the Site, and analyzing traffic.
This data is collected automatically, sending this data can be prohibited by disabling cookies in the browser in which the site opens.
3.3. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-distribution, except as provided in paragraphs. 5.2. and 5.3. of this confidentiality policy.
3.4. To complete the order, you need to obtain additional information, which may include personal data, in part about the state of health.
3.5. In the event that the User makes a booking of airline tickets and / or purchases of additional services on behalf of third parties or for third parties, E-COMMERCE collects, processes and transfers personal data and information provided by the User about these third parties on the same conditions as the collection, processing and transfer personal data and information about the User. At the same time, by providing personal data and information about third parties, the User confirms that these persons are aware of these conditions, understand the consequences of these actions and express their full and unconditional consent to the collection, processing, storage and transfer of their personal data.
4.1. The Administration of the Site may use the User’s personal data in order to:
4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the Site for placing an Order.
4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Site.

4.1.14. Payment of compensation for cancellation, delay and flight overbooking.
4.2. The provision of E-COMMERCE services is not possible without the provision of Users with all the necessary personal data.
5.1. When booking / purchasing a ticket or additional services, the User is invited to provide the following personal data:
- full name;
- date of birth;
- data of identity documents (number, date of issue, expiration date, issuing authority);
- contact telephone number of the User and third parties, at the option of the User;
- email address (e-mail);
- payment card data (payment card number, CVC / CVV code, name and surname of the card holder, date of issue, expiration date of the card);
This information is necessary to make reservations and purchase tickets / additional services, with the aim of further identifying the User as a passenger.
5.2. E-COMMERCE also collects information about the User offline, for example, when the User calls E-COMMERCE Customer Care by phone.
6.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
6.2. The user agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, airlines, etc., solely for the purposes described in section 4 of this document.
6.3. The User’s personal data can be transferred to authorized bodies of state power only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by law.
6.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
6.5. The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
6.6. The site administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
7.1. The Site Administration is obliged:

7.1.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of contacting or requesting the User or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
8.1. The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as provided for in paragraph. 6.2., 6.3. and 8.2. of this Confidentiality Policy.
8.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
8.2.1. It became public before its loss or disclosure. 8.2.2. It was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.
8.2.3. It was disclosed with the consent of the User.
9.1. As an air ticket sales agent, E-COMMERCE transfers personal data to airlines and additional service providers located around the world in order to fulfill. In this connection, User Personal Data can be stored and processed in any country where E-COMMERCE has representative offices, or in which E-COMMERCE attracts service providers.
9.2. Using the Site, the User gives his consent to the transfer of Personal Information outside the country of residence of the User to other countries where other laws on the protection of information that are different from the laws of the country of residence of the User may apply.
